The collection is rather huge and it takes time to find the one that suits your skin (and mood) and we’d often suggest a couple of choices depending on your location. An evening meal may require a deep and thought-provoking fragrance, whilst a vacation to Capri may suggest and upbeat Cypress-inspired notes.
The latest Private Blend fragrance is “Fucking Fabulous”, released for the SS18 Runway presentation in New York this September. This is truly a limited edition fragrance, only available from Tom Ford boutiques as from Thursday 8 September, the day after the presentation.
The notes sound fantastic. Described as oriental leather with an intoxicating grip, the fragrance is reportedly a blend of almond bitter oil, tonka resinoid, orris accord, cashmeran, leather accord and clary sage oil, offering an earthy, deep and powerful aroma.
Aimed at both men and women, this universal fragrance doesn’t come cheap. The basic 50ml bottle will retail for £205. The bigger, 250ml version is £485, whilst the refillable 48ml atomizer is £330. Head down to your closest Tom Ford boutique from 8 September!
