The fledgling partnership is set for big things on the gym and style scene.
In what may prove to be a gamechanger on the gym fashion scene, Orlebar Brown has announced a partnership with health and fitness specialists, Bodyism. The London-based firms have joined forces to deliver a 2017 collection of exclusive activewear.
Bodyism, a fitness method famous for creating lean bodies, was launched in 2006 by James Duigan. What started as a movement in the basement of a London home, Bodyism has progressed to become a fitness global-leader with retreats in London, Maldives, Capri and Turkey.
Orlebar Brown, launched in 2007 by Adam Brown, with the intention of launching shorts you can swim in, produces a range leisure and resort wear, with stores and retailers across the globe, including the United Kingdom, United States and Australia.
The Orlebar Brown x Bodyism range contains ten pieces of exquisitely tailored garments from T-shirts and sweatpants to shorts and jerseys – all of which will help you stand out from the ‘swooshes’ and ‘stripes’ at the gym.
Founder of Orlebar Brown, Adam Brown says “I have known Bodyism since they first started and James has been a great customer of OB for years. Our store in Notting Hill and Bodyism are neighbours and we are great friends”.
The collection is fused with refined materials such as merino wool and micro-waffle cotton, and comes together to create a line of gym wear that looks great on the street too.
James Duigan, the founder of Bodyism is excited about the partnership “’The Bodyism/OB collaboration is very exciting for men’s active wear—a brilliant fusion of high-function athletic performance with style and comfort.
Duigan continues “The fabrics used and the fit have been meticulously designed to make men not only look good, but also feel good. This partnership will redefine the space of men’s athletic fashion”.
